The centre is defined to be the origin and the angle of rotation is given and can be easily changed. Angles are measured in degrees and rotation is anti-clockwise. Once an object has been drawn, to create the rotation choose option 4 from the Transformations menu (menu-B-4). Then click on the origin, the object and the angle of rotation (in any order). Subsequent changes to any of these will result in changes to the image.
